Every morning Markata e Peshkut sources directly from Durrës and Vlora fishermen. Branzino, orata, dentice, calamari, gambero rosso, vongole and seasonal oysters are placed on the ice display so guests can choose their own piece before it heads to the kitchen — grilled, salt-baked, oven-roasted or served crudo with citrus and Albanian extra-virgin olive oil.
